March 13, 2018

Family practice /primary care nurses often within interdisciplinary teams in collaboration other healthcare providers. CFPNA provides a community to link with other nurses locally and nationally to share resources, education, network, and address practice issues. CFPNAs vision is “to provide a national voice for nurses in primary care through leadership, mentorship and fostering expertise”. We represent all nurses across Canada including LPN/RPN, RN, and NP. When scope of practice is addressed it is usually done so at the level of RN practice, but our resources and educational opportunities are relevant to all family practice and primary care providers.
